M fits perfectly overall. There is no room around the opening and instep, so if you wear thick socks, L would be better. The toe clearance is about 5 mm. L is loose overall.

Choose size: L
The L size has a loose fit around the foot. The opening is a little loose. When you put your toes in all the way, there is about 10mm of space left at the heel. There is a lot of room overall, so you can slip them on easily. The M size has a loose fit around the foot, but the opening is a little tight. Both the toes and heels fit snugly. You need to push your feet in a little when putting them on.
