It’s not painfully tight, so I plan to break it in with easy-to-wear items like stockings. Size 24.0cm provides more room and feels more comfortable overall, but when walking, my heel still lifts, so I found that the snug 23.5cm offers better stability, easier walking, and a more comfortable fit.

I have a slightly shallow instep, so if there's excess space, it loses hold and the heel tends to lift, so it’s better to wear insoles in the toe area. Those with narrow widths or shallow insteps might consider going down one size. The material is very soft, and the comfort is softer than it looks.
