'NANGA' is a sleeping bag manufacturer that started in 1941 by the predecessor Akira Yokota, from the production area of Omi silk bedding. The company name "NANGA" is derived from "Nanga Parbat," located in the Himalayas. Nanga Parbat, at an elevation of 8126m, is the ninth highest mountain in the world and is also feared as the "Man-Eating Mountain," having caused many accidents due to its difficult ascent. The name reflects the founder Akira Yokota's belief that "because it is difficult, we will do it; we will climb where others do not." NANGA's commitment lies in down. Through years of expertise in selecting, washing, and managing down, they continue to produce warmer down products.

This series adopts the multifunctional high-tech material 'Dot Air,' utilizing Toray's unique processing technology, which combines lightweight, breathability, stretchability, and quick-drying properties. It is made of a refreshing and dry-touch material, making it ideal for layering against the morning and evening chill or overly strong air conditioning. It is also convenient for sun protection during activities. The cuffs and hood openings are piped with stretch tape to enhance the fit. By tightening the drawcord at the hem, you can change the silhouette to suit the scene. It features a reflector (retroreflective) NANGA logo print on the left chest. Available in black, it is easy to incorporate into daily fashion as well as outdoor wear!
