■Vulcanization method
This is a method of bonding and molding the rubber sole and upper by adding sulfur to raw rubber and causing a thermal reaction.
As a result of this reaction, the rubber gains elasticity and strength, making it suitable for sneaker soles.
It has the characteristic of being durable and resistant to breaking, making it difficult for the sole and upper to become deformed.
On the one hand, there is a trend to avoid it because it requires a lot of manual labor and has lower productivity compared to other methods, but the charm lies in the intricate and beautiful "beauty of craftsmanship" that can only be created through skilled handwork.
