Review: I wore it with socks. Overall, it has a slightly larger fit due to its loose design, but the belt secures the foot, so there is no difficulty in walking. It can be adjusted with thick socks.

Review: I wore it barefoot. The M Size had a perfect fit. The foot area can be adjusted with Velcro, so it fits just right. I was able to wear it without it slipping off. The sole and cushioning are very soft and comfortable to wear.
