■ Vulcanization Method
A method of bonding and molding the rubber sole and upper by adding sulfur to raw rubber and causing a heat reaction.
As a result of this reaction, rubber gains elasticity and strength, making it suitable for sneaker soles.
Because the sole and upper are strongly bonded, they are durable and less likely to break, and resistant to losing shape.
On the other hand, since it involves a lot of manual work and is less productive compared to other manufacturing methods, there is a tendency to avoid it. However, the intricate and beautiful 'craftsmanship' that can only be created through skilled handwork is its charm.
