Founded in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2008, DENHAM was established by the internationally renowned British denim craftsman Jason Denham.
Jason is known for combining sartorialism with British anarchy, honing his fabric cutting skills in the workshop of the highly regarded British designer Joe Casley - Hayford.
After working in the denim industry for about eight years, he established the denim consultancy 'Clinic+' and later founded the international premium jeans brand Blue Blood.
In early 2008, Jason visited Europe, America, and Japan, during which he developed concerns that the world of denim was beginning to lose its excitement.
Soon after, he formed a small creative team with a similar passionate ambition for denim and established a studio in Amsterdam.
This led to the birth of the Denham brand.
While the Denham brand strongly respects traditional denim techniques, it is also firmly committed to actively incorporating new designs, focusing on the balance between tradition and evolution.
Denham's design team strives to incorporate bold experiments and inventions into all denim, demonstrating a sincere craftsmanship spirit as 'Jean Makers'.
