Comment: M size fits just right. For my foot length of 23.8cm, it fits snugly from toe to heel. I have a wider foot and a higher instep, so I was worried that the narrow strap design might dig in, but surprisingly, it fit well and was comfortable for me. The L size was overall too big, and my foot moved around while walking, so the snug M size felt more stable and easier to walk in.

Comment: My instep is thin, so adding a 2mm insole to the M size made it fit perfectly. I can wear it without the insole, but I felt my foot sliding forward while walking, and the insole provided a better fit. The opening is made of rubber, making it easy to put on and take off.

Comment: I usually wear 23.5cm or M size and prefer a looser fit, but the M size was just right. The insole is soft and provides a comfortable fit without putting too much pressure on my feet. The heel part is made of rubber, holding my foot securely.
