How to Use

1. After thoroughly wiping any dirt inside the microwave,
place this product in the center of the microwave.
You can heat it while it is covered.

2. Heat according to the wattage and time below.
700W: 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes
1000W: 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds
If warmth is insufficient, gently knead the main body by hand,
and add heating in 10-second increments while checking the temperature.

3. Shake well to ensure the gel's consistency is even,
and use it around your neck while it is covered.
It will maintain a comfortable warmth for 90 to 120 minutes,
but if the temperature drops, please reheat it in the microwave.
