Material
- It uses 90% down, providing overwhelming warmth that goes beyond just town use.

Kawada Feather Co.
Kawata Feather Co. has a down processing factory located in Meiwa Town, Mie Prefecture, where it can capture underground water veins flowing from the world-renowned rainfall area of the Kii Mountains and Odaigahara.
The large amount of rain that brings groundwater is subjected to high pressure in the mountains, resulting in ultra-soft water with extremely low hardness.
Generally, Japan's low-hardness water is suitable for cleaning, but the water obtained here has only 1/15 of that hardness, making it possible to cleanly remove dust and dirt.
Also, the cleaning method involves intricately colliding the feathers with each other, similar to how rice is washed, using a polishing technique that removes dirt and grime without damaging the feathers.

As a result, the feathers from Kawada Feather Company are finished in pure white and fluffy.

※What is Green Down
Collect used down products, dismantle the products to extract the down, and then wash it.
Feathers can regain their original functions (such as insulation) through proper treatment.
The feathers that have been refined and cleaned in this way are recycled feathers (Green Down).
Green Down is washed using the same process as new feathers and passes even stricter quality standards tests.
It is a resource that circulates by being reborn as feather products.
