The "LYASA FF" is a model inspired by ASICS' archive shoes. While inheriting the split-toe structure, it has been improved with a thick sole and a voluminous design, adopting the FF BLAST PLUS midsole foam to achieve excellent cushioning and responsiveness. The upper is made of smooth mesh material, reflecting Kiko Kostadinov's unique design language.

Announced at the Women's Wear Show in Paris for Fall/Winter 2025, the ASICS LYASA FF Tabi is the latest addition to the Tabi series, which was introduced in a four-part collection this spring. It features a slip-on silhouette that carries forward the lightweight philosophy of the 1970s ASICS Tabi marathon shoes. Using soft and stretchy materials, it minimizes seams to reduce strain on the foot while pursuing ease of wear with a modernized Tabi sole.

This shoe features a midsole and outsole made from a combination of rubber and EVA materials, achieving flexibility, grip, and lightweight properties. The three-dimensional sole merges the traditional texture motif of ASICS tabi with the line work of track and field, creating a balance of visual depth and excellent cushioning. The upper is adorned with a metallic pattern that curves from toe to toe, subtly reminiscent of the graphic proposed by Herb Lubalin for ASICS' logo design in the late 1980s.

The ASICS LYASA FF Tabi has been introduced as a lightweight summer model that will likely become a representative sole unit of ASICS Sportstyle.
