Tried on with socks. Size 16.0 fits perfectly with about 15mm of extra space. Size 15.0 is tight with about 5mm of extra space. Choosing 16.0.

Tried on with socks. Size 17.0 fits perfectly with about 10mm of extra space. Size 18.0 has about 20mm of extra space, causing the heel to slip off and making it hard to walk, so choosing 17.0.
