The company's history began in 1892 in the village of Pouzauges in western France by shoemaker Patrick Beneteau and his sons.
In 1930, PATRICK received high praise for its sports shoes, especially soccer cleats, and in 1972, the "two lines" sharply engraved on the back of the shoe were born, further strengthening the brand's image.
It soon attracted the attention of fashion-conscious Parisians and first arrived in Japan in 1978.
