Comment: Even with my slightly wider foot and higher instep, the M size I usually wear fits just right. I feel a bit of snugness around the instep when wearing socks, but it seems like it will conform as I wear them, so it doesn't feel tight. The toe and foot width have a nice fit and are comfortable to wear. Having a snug fit around the instep makes the thick sole less likely to lift at the heel, providing stability, so I think the size I usually wear is just fine.

Comment: My foot length is 23.2cm, so I usually have a little extra room in size M, but I like a relaxed fit, so I typically wear 23.5cm or size M.
