Size 36 fits perfectly overall. There is about 10mm of room at the toes. There is no room at the heel. Size 35 is too tight around the foot and my feet don't move forward, so I don't choose it.

Size 37 fits perfectly overall. There is no room in the toes, and there is about 10 mm of space in the heel. Size 36 is about the same as size 37 in terms of comfort, but the straps are a little tight, so I choose size 37.

The straps of both 39 and 38 fit perfectly. 39 has about 10mm of toe space and the heel is just right. 38 has about 10mm of toe space and the heel sticks out about 5mm. I chose 39 because I wanted a looser fit.
