[Application Method]
1) As soon as the package arrives, please register the user information, collection date, and return date on the Kajitaku WEB based on the enclosed service ticket.
2) On the designated pickup date, the delivery staff will bring a dedicated collection box, so please place your clothing in the dedicated collection box.
3) Deliver clothing on the return date.

Notes on Use

1: Items that are not clothing (hats, futons, blankets, carpets, etc.)
2: Items made with leather, synthetic leather, and fur materials.
3: Dresses, kimonos, traditional Japanese clothing, undergarments, lingerie
4: Items with tears
5: Items adorned with rhinestones and sequins
6: Items with wrinkles and pleating.
7: Items that have undergone bonding processing
8: Items made with polyurethane material (including synthetic)
9: Items without washing instructions, or those that are all labeled as not washable.
10: Clothes that are not dry (those that may develop mold or odors during transport)
11: Items that are at risk of deformation during transportation
12: Other items that are deemed not to be handled by Kajitaku.

If the size or thickness of the clothing does not fit into the designated collection box, the capacity of the designated collection box will be considered the limit.
Please understand that points corresponding to the purchase pack (15 points/10 points/6 points) will not be awarded if not applicable.
Even if storage is not required, delivery will take at least 3 weeks from the arrival date, so please be aware of this in advance. (During busy periods, it may take more than 4 weeks.)
There may be cases where stains and dirt cannot be completely removed.
