"OOFOS" is a recovery shoe brand developed over two and a half years by a veteran team involved in product development for athletes, trainers, and major shoe manufacturers in Cohasset, Massachusetts, in 2011.
The special material used in the product, OOfoam, differs from typical EVA midsole materials designed to generate forward momentum; it can suppress shock rebound by 37%, reducing impact on the soles of the feet upon landing.
This helps reduce the burden on the knees, hips, and back, and the ergonomically designed footbed gently wraps the foot, providing firm support for the arch.
