Comment: 23.5cm fits well with socks. My foot length is 23.8cm, but I can wear them without feeling cramped. Since I have a wider foot and a high instep, they fit overall snugly, but not uncomfortably, so it's fine. If wearing thick socks, 24.0cm might be better. I usually don't wear very thick socks, so the 23.5cm fit feels easier to walk in and more comfortable.
