A ramen shop that was born right after the war in front of Ueno Station.
Starting from a stall under the elevated tracks, it is one of the few shops that has been operating while feeling the changes in Ueno.
Established 75 years ago. (Chinchin Ken's) cuisine is Simple is best.
I strive to create using ingredients that are as simple and easy to understand as possible.
Using the unchanged soup Recipe since the establishment, soup is made every morning from 5 AM, supporting the stomachs of the people working in Ueno and the locals.
The signature menu items are the unchanged tantanmen and ramen since the establishment. Recently, fried rice and gyoza have also been featured in magazines and on television.
