■ When opening the umbrella
Be sure to perform a warm-up.

If force is applied while the ribs are tangled, there is a risk of breakage or deformation.
Even if it does not break at once, there may be invisible damage such as cracks, so please loosen the ribs well before opening.
This tendency is particularly strong for larger folding umbrellas, so your attention would be appreciated.

・ For long umbrellas
Please lightly shake it 2-3 times to loosen the fabric and ribs well before opening.
・ For folding umbrellas
After fully extending the middle rod (shaft), please lightly shake it 2-3 times to loosen the fabric and ribs well, and be careful not to open it in a way that causes it to become a cup.


To prevent finger pinching, a safety runner is attached to the part that is pushed up when opening the umbrella. (Runner = the part that slides when opening)
When opening, do not "press" this button, and when closing, "press" the button.
The safety runner function only works when closing the umbrella, so if you press this button to open, the umbrella will not stop firmly at the top when opened and will close.
When opening the umbrella, please slide the runner straight. If twisted left or right, the latch will not fit, and it will not be possible to secure the umbrella in an open state.

■ While in use
・ Due to its structure, the product has areas where the ribs are narrow and pointed. Please use it carefully as there is a risk of injury.
・ Do not use it for purposes other than its intended use, such as using it as a cane. This places a significant burden on the entire umbrella, especially the middle rod.
・ Do not use it while the handle or ribs are broken. Continuing to use it in a state where the ribs are broken or the handle is damaged will put a burden on other parts and worsen the condition of the umbrella.
・ Do not swing it around or throw it. This places a significant burden on the runner and handle.
・ Please be careful when using it in strong winds, as there is a risk of breakage.
・ The product is not designed to be attached to fixtures such as bicycles or strollers. It may obstruct your view and cause self-injury or damage, so please do not attach it under any circumstances.
・ Hand creams and sunscreen creams may cause color fading on the fabric and handle.
