※ When the product arrives, please be sure to check the opening and closing operations of the umbrella, regardless of the time of use.

■ When opening the umbrella
Please be sure to perform a warming-up.

If the ribs are tangled and force is applied, there is a risk of breakage or deformation.
Even if it does not break at once, there may be invisible damage such as cracks, so please loosen the ribs well before opening.
Especially for larger folding umbrellas, this tendency is stronger, so we would appreciate your attention.

・For long umbrellas
Gently shake 2-3 times to loosen the fabric and ribs before opening.
・For folding umbrellas
After fully extending the middle rod (shaft), gently shake 2-3 times to loosen the fabric and ribs, and be careful not to open it in a way that causes it to become a cup.

＜About the Safety Runner＞
To prevent pinching fingers, a safety runner is attached to the part that is pushed up when opening the umbrella. (Runner = the part that slides when opening)
When opening, do not "press" this button, and when closing, "press" the button.
The safety runner function only works when closing the umbrella, so if you press this button to open, the umbrella will not stop firmly at the top when opened and will close.
When opening the umbrella, please slide the runner straight.
If twisted left or right, the latch will not engage, and you will not be able to secure the umbrella in an open state.

■ During Use
・Due to the structure, there are parts where the ribs are narrow or pointed. Please use with caution to avoid injury.
・Do not use for purposes other than the original purpose of the umbrella, such as using it as a stick.
This places a significant burden on the entire umbrella, especially the middle rod.
・Do not use if the handle or ribs are broken.
Continuing to use it while the ribs are broken or the handle is damaged will put additional strain on other parts and worsen the condition of the umbrella.
・Do not swing or throw it.
This places a significant burden on the runner and handle.
・Please use with caution during strong winds, as there is a risk of damage.
・The product is not designed to be attached to fixtures such as bicycles or strollers.
It may obstruct your view and cause self-injury or damage, so please do not attach it under any circumstances.
・Hand creams or sunscreen may cause color fading on the fabric and handle.
