✅ How to Use 7-ELEVEN Store Pickup
The steps are very simple:
- Select Products: Shop for your favorite items on the FASBEE website.
- Choose Shipping: On the checkout page, select "Convenience Store Pickup" under shipping options.
- Specify Store: Select your preferred 7-ELEVEN store for pickup using your location, map, or address search.
- Complete Pickup: Once your order arrives at the designated store, you will receive an SMS notification. Please bring a valid form of identification for collection within the specified time limit.

- This service is only available to users located in Taiwan.
- For the protection of consumer rights, convenience store pickup is subject to parcel size and weight restrictions. If your order contains more than 3 items, please select an alternative shipping method.
- To ensure a smooth pickup process, you must provide your legal name (matching your ID), National ID number, and mobile phone number during checkout.
