●About small bumps and scratches on leather
This product is made from natural leather, and since it uses the skin of living creatures, traces of veins and scars from when the animal was alive may remain even after the product is made.
We hope you can enjoy such marks as part of the character of genuine leather products.

●About stains and white marks on leather surfaces
This product uses a transparent wax for glossing during the manufacturing process, as well as color waxes according to the leather color.
As a result, due to temperature differences, the wax may appear as white or as leather color (for example, spots like stains) on the surface of the leather.
If you notice white stains when opening the product, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we recommend wiping it with a soft cloth for maintenance.
