Nochino Optical Sansui

Slightly larger than the signature model NOCHINO, this is a bosslinton type.

While having an Asian fit, it features a silhouette that fits unisex for Westerners as well.

Considering the low nose characteristic of Asians, it has a high mount fit that matches the majority of people.

The rivet parts that connect the hinges are finished with a polishing method called 'tuning' after being embedded in plastic, and skilled craftsmen carefully polish each one until the very end.

The two-curve lenses, which symbolize the NOCHINO OPTICAL brand, have a beautiful curved surface that is neither flat nor a typical curve type, reminiscent of old hand-cut glass lenses, with a shining surface that exudes a sense of luxury.

Additionally, one of the brand's iconic points, the photochromic lenses that change color under UV light, are available in three versions.

The biggest attraction is the version that transitions from clear to colored, and the unique lenses that change from lightly tinted gray-green to gray, which are rare.

Photochromic lenses generally have a lifespan of about 3 years, depending on usage frequency and environment.

Please be aware that performance may degrade due to frequent use under UV light, in high-temperature environments, or during storage in places like saunas, baths, or inside cars.

Basically, NOCHINO's photochromic lenses are ordered each season in their own production lot, but there may be slight differences in photochromic performance due to seasonal lot variations.
