NEEDBY heritage's high-rise tapered 'LISA'
Characterized by a balloon leg that tapers from a high Waist position to the hem. The slightly shorter length setting makes it easy to match with any feet. Using NEEDBY original denim fabric with open-end yarn in the weft. The dyeing process employs the i-Next method, developed with sustainability in mind. We repeatedly prototyped to express a unique processing feel typical of NEEDBY while keeping costs (processing, energy, manufacturing, etc.) low, resulting in a fabric with a vintage feel unique to Made in Japan.

A denim brand launched in spring 2023. It was born from the desire to 'preserve the traditions and techniques of Japan's denim industry and pass them on to the next generation.' Utilizing Japan's proud USED processing techniques, while reducing unnecessary chemicals and water, we propose denim that enhances production efficiency to compensate for declining labor. The basic design, unaffected by trends, evokes a classic vintage look. Continuing to weave history, we protect denim that leverages traditional Japanese techniques and deliver it across generations.
