Born on February 23, 1968.
A Japanese manga artist, designer of the fashion brand "SANTASTIC!WEAR", and SANTASTIC! C.E.O.
Born in Paris, France. The eldest son of painter Kozo Inoue, raised in Paris until the age of 9, and influenced by Japanese manga that he occasionally returned to, he aspired to become a manga artist.
Debuted in 1989 after winning the Young Sunday Newcomer Award for "Maa Daa".
The TT series, which began with "TOKYO TRIBE" published by JICC Publishing Bureau in 1993, has become my life’s work, and I am currently creating new works that are connected to the same worldview.
Moved to Los Angeles, USA at the end of 2017.
A new serialization titled "Zange" started in "Young Champion" from March 2021.
The 4th volume of "Zange" will be released by Akita Shoten on February 20, 2024.
