KARL BLOSSFELDT (1865-1932) was a sculptor, teacher, photographer, and botanist from Germany.
His countless close-up photographs of plants, captured in a materialistic manner, have had a significant influence on surrealists and new materialism* artists with their sculptural, decorative, and architectural representations of plants.
From the numerous plant photographs he took, I selected two unique and attractive plant images that match the concept of KineticsWOMEN, and incorporated them into the back print of a basic pullover hoodie that is easy to style in various ways.
