A modern update of the iconic GEL-KAYANO model released in the 2000s.

The GEL-KAYANO 12.1, born from a collaboration with the American sneaker boutique KITH, is a new model that combines the distinctive design of the running shoes released in 2006 with a contemporary sole. The upper of this model features a design inspired by European armor and its structure, as well as a metallic texture. While the design story is substantial, the use of open mesh in the upper enhances breathability, keeping the foot comfortable. The midsole adopts the same sole as the GEL-NIMBUS 17. It is designed with comfort in mind for long-distance running, providing comfort through two GEL technologies in the forefoot and heel, along with a FLUIDRIDE structure.
