Usage Instructions
・Please put the product directly into the freezer or microwave.
・When using a microwave, fold the product in half, heat it, then take it out and knead well before use.
・For reheating, keep within 20 seconds. Heating with hot water is not possible.
・Heating time: about 2 minutes 30 seconds or less at 500-600W household microwave, about 1 minute 30 seconds or less at 700W or more. Cooling time: at least 1 hour in the freezer.
・Applicable time: up to about 2 hours at room temperature (varies depending on usage conditions).

Precautions
※Exceeding the heating time and overheating may cause damage or rupture of the internal and external bags, and there is a risk of burns from the hot gel.
※If the bag swells or gel leaks out, immediately turn off the microwave, allow sufficient cooling time, and then open the door.
※Do not use the auto heating mode for warming.
