My foot length is 23.8cm and the M size fits me perfectly. I have a fairly wide foot and a high instep, but these are comfortable to wear and don't feel tight. The instep cannot be adjusted, so if you have a narrow foot or a low instep, I recommend going down one size or applying a non-slip pad to give it a better fit. I found the overall fit and support to be good and easy to walk in.

Even though I have wide feet and a high arch, I was able to wear my usual size without any problems. The instep was a little tight, but it didn't feel too tight and fit well, so it was easy to walk in. The back belt is fastened with Velcro, so I can fasten the belt to fit my feet, so it was easy to wear even for me, who tends to get swelling in my feet.

The material is softer than it looks, and I was able to wear it without worrying about the width. The heel part has Velcro, so it's easy to put on and take off. I think the design allows the instep and width to be relatively loose. Although the sole is thick, the weight is not too noticeable when you wear it and it's comfortable, so it seems like it would be good for traveling where you'll be walking a lot.
