- Usual size 24.5cm / standard instep / standard width (worn size "24.5"): Usually, my heels tend to slip out, but the cushioning of the insole that fits throughout and the soft rubber at the opening hold my feet well and provide a good fit. The flexibility of the sole material is also good, and since it is soft, it seems useful for days when I stand for long periods or walk a lot.
