Welleg Wide "4E" Square Toe Loafer

We have sold over 120,000 pairs of loafers for wide feet. While we have received many positive comments from customers who struggle with wide feet, we also noticed a lot of feedback mentioning issues like "pain" and "blisters."
I want wide-footed people to enjoy going out without giving up on fashion. With that thought in mind, our staff who share the same concerns as our customers have re-evaluated the design and comfort, meticulously refining it until we created a pair that we are truly satisfied with!


1. The last (shoe shape) is a special 4E standard for wide widths.
Shoes are made using shoe lasts. Instead of the standard 2E shoe last, a wide-specific 4E standard shoe last is created.
The foot professional "shoe fitter" not only adjusted the width but also the height of the instep, repeatedly remaking the shoe model in millimeter increments to aim for a fit for those with wider feet.

2. Soft and gently fits the feet
Soft fabric that fits gently on the feet is used. If the fabric is too soft, the shape of the foot may become apparent...
We have finely adjusted the softness and thickness to achieve a comfortable fit that softly conforms to the shape of your feet without floating!

3. To protect against blisters, the heel cushion has been intentionally eliminated.
Heel cushions are effective in preventing heel slippage, but for those with wider ankle and heel shapes, they can end up feeling constricting...
People with wider feet tend to have particularly wide heels. In fact, we have received feedback from customers saying, "My heels are rubbing against the shoes and it's painful."
The heel cushion used in the old design has been eliminated, and by using soft, skin-friendly fabric, it fits gently around the heel!
By making the sewing part soft and irritation-free, it protects the heel from blisters.

4. Increase the thickness of the easily worn heel by about 2 times!
By increasing the thickness of the heel to about twice that of the old design, we alleviate the problem of the heel wearing down and damaging the shoe!

5. Visual tricks that don't make it look wide!
Is it really a wide fit!? A surprising delicate silhouette.
By shifting the switch of A inward, it visually appears smaller!
By extending the toe by 5mm and making the tip thinner, it looks much slimmer!
