It is a wonderful item made of firm tulle, allowing for easy volume adjustment.
The hard tulle is sewn into a ring and attached to the main body.
When you spread the two layers of tulle to the sides, it becomes a very voluminous petticoat, and you can reduce the volume by pressing it down with your hands.
Since it uses hard tulle, it remains fluffy even when a dress is layered on top.
We offer two lengths: 30cm and 46cm.
It can be used by both children and adults.

There is a lining under the tulle to prevent direct contact with the skin, but please be aware of this when considering it for small girls.

Volume Adjustment
▲ By manually spreading the ring of hard tulle, you can create volume.
When the hard tulle is spread out, it expands quite a bit, but when you put a dress over it, the weight of the fabric creates a nice shape.
If you think it’s too spread out, you can adjust it just right by pressing down with both arms over the dress.
