Usually wear L size, but with bare feet, the toe belt was slightly loose. When I wore M size, the belt part fit just right, so for my foot length, M size might also be good. Those with high insteps or wider feet, or who wear socks, can probably stick to their usual size. The very soft Synthetic Leather material feels good against the foot and puts less strain on it. The simple yet prominent Shirring Belt makes this a sports sandal that is easy for adult women to use! Although it has a thick sole, it is lightweight and comfortable to wear, making it suitable for travel with lots of walking.
