23.5 fits the foot circumference and opening well. Toe space about 10mm. 24.0 has a slightly more relaxed fit around the foot. Toe space about 15mm.

24.5 is slightly loose but fits well in length. Others fit snugly. Toe space about 20mm. 24.0 is tight overall. Suitable for tights, but to comfortably wear socks, choose 24.5.
