Comment: M size fits perfectly with socks on. Since my foot length is 23.8cm, my toes fit well, but it is not cramped, so there is no problem. The fit can be adjusted to some extent with the Velcro on the instep, but if the size is too large, the heel tends to lift with the thick sole, so it is easier to walk in a snug fit.

My instep is slightly thin, but it can be adjusted to some extent with the Velcro, so both those with thin and high insteps should be able to wear them. Above all, they are very lightweight and easy to walk in, making them great for days when you walk a lot, such as during travel!

The thick sole has a voluminous feel, but it is lighter than it looks and feels light on the feet. The inside of the heel is made of a soft material that is gentle on the feet. The lace-up design allows for adjustment to your preferred level of hold, which is a nice point!
