Size S is slightly loose around the foot circumference, but fits perfectly around the instep. There is about 5mm of space at the toe, and the heel fits perfectly. Size SS has a tight opening and does not allow the foot to move forward. There is almost no space at the toe, and the heel protrudes about 5mm.

M fits perfectly in both foot width and opening. There is about 10mm of room at the toe. L is loose in foot width, and there is a gap at the opening which causes slipping forward, so I choose M.
