Comment: The M size fit perfectly with socks on. Since I have a high instep, I thought it might be quite tight until my foot got in, but once it was in, the material was soft and surprisingly comfortable to wear. The L size goes on easily, but it is a bit loose overall, causing my heel to slip when walking. The fit of the M size feels more stable and I don't feel any stress while walking. I think it will become more comfortable as I wear it, so I recommend going for a snug fit.

Comment: My foot length is 23.2cm, so I usually have a little extra room in size M, but I like a relaxed fit, so I typically wear 23.5cm or size M. This item feels a bit tight around the instep when I put it on, but once I wear it, it's not a problem. Most heavy platform soles lack flexibility and tend to have the heel lift up, but this one is very lightweight and didn't feel like it was lifting up much. However, if there is excess around the instep or width, the heel can lift and cause blisters, so I recommend wearing the exact size.
