Therefore, we asked for the cooperation of a long-established manufacturer in Nagata, Kobe, one of Japan's leading shoe production areas.
A sample will then be produced and a riding test will be conducted by an instructor.
The test results are then used as feedback to trim or flesh out the final part.
Also, since they are long boots, the part above the ankle is designed using a paper pattern rather than a wooden last.
This part will also be fine-tuned accordingly.
If there is a problem with the materials, we will change the type of leather or tanning method to bring the product closer to completion.
So, after more than three years and more than 10 prototypes, the final sample was completed.
We outsourced mass production of the boots to an overseas factory that has been producing riding boots for Germany and the UK for many years.
After several revisions to the mass production samples and another year of work, we have finally completed the boots that we can offer to everyone.
