For the mouth, handle, and bottom, we use original cowhide shrink leather sourced from a well-regarded Japanese tanner known for producing highly durable materials for furniture.
It is a material that is soft and resilient like calf leather.

The designer has used a new logo originally designed based on the coat of arms of a marquis, applied in foil and as a badge.

Antique-style buttons selected by the designer are used as fasteners.
