Usage

Remove the neck pillow cover.
- Fold the inner bag 2-3 times and place it on a heat-resistant plate to warm it in the microwave. Before warming, wipe the inside of the microwave well to prevent burning and make sure to spread the contents evenly to avoid uneven heating.
• In the case of a rotating microwave, please be careful that the neck pillow does not get caught. Also, always heat it together with a heat-resistant cup of water.
*Please heat according to the following times based on the wattage (W).
500W / 4 minutes
600W / 3 minutes
[Use it chilled]

- Place in a plastic bag and chill in the freezer for more than 1 hour, up to a maximum of 3 hours. The longer it chills, the longer the coldness lasts.
・Please wrap it with a towel or similar to avoid moisture and water droplets.
・After use, please warm it in the microwave and remove the moisture from the wheat and cloth before storing.

*If oil adheres to the neck pillow, it can also cause burning.
*Please wipe off any dirt inside the microwave before use.
*Do not heat or freeze the main unit for more than the specified time.
*When reheating/freezing again, please be sure to return the neck pillow to room temperature before doing so.
*For those with sensitive skin or poor blood circulation (such as the elderly, those with rheumatism, diabetes, etc.), and for children, please take it out of the microwave and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before use.
