Design Points
This is a shirt jacket made using a refreshing fabric that employs the technique of bonding two layers of extremely thin fabric together.
It has good breathability and a lightness, resulting in a spring-like, airy finish.
The surface is a solid color that is easy to style, while the reverse side features a Glen check pattern, expressing the culture of裏勝り (urakazari), which focused on linings that were popular in the mid-Edo period.
The glen check pattern that is slightly visible from the outer side gives a sense of sophistication and freshness in the design.
The cuffs are designed to show the glen check pattern, which becomes an accent when the sleeves are rolled up.
