The buttons are genuine urea buttons, and snap buttons are also from Scovill, with attention to detail in reproducing small parts.
The padding also uses blanket material wool mohair. Its high thermal insulation and the way it fits the body over time increase its attachment value.

[N-3B]
A long-length nylon flight jacket developed and adopted during World War II for extreme cold weather.
In reality, it was not suitable for wearing in the narrow cockpit, but was loved during outdoor work by ground crew. It evolved from the Air Force blue N-3A to the sage green N-3B.
