Born on February 23, 1968.
A Japanese manga artist, designer of the fashion brand "SANTASTIC!WEAR", and SANTASTIC! C.E.O.
Born in Paris, France. The eldest son of painter Kozo Inoue, raised in Paris until the age of 9, and aspiring to be a manga artist influenced by Japanese manga that he occasionally returned to.
Debuted in 1989 after winning the Young Sunday Newcomer Award with "Mā Dā".
The TT series, which began with "TOKYO TRIBE" published by JICC Publishing Bureau in 1993, has become my life’s work, and I am currently drawing new works connected to that worldview.
Moved to Los Angeles, USA at the end of 2017.
A new serialization "Zange" (ザンゲ) started in "Young Champion" from March 2021.
The 4th volume of "Zange" will be released by Akita Shoten on February 20, 2024.
