Machine washable at home. We recommend using a mild alkaline detergent that effectively removes dirt with minimal strain on the material. Please avoid acidic detergents, fabric softeners, and strong detergents (strong alkaline, bleach, etc.). Place the removed insoles in the laundry net and wash gently on the hand wash cycle of the washing machine.
