Comment: Since I have a wider foot and a higher instep, the M size fits perfectly without any gaps when worn with socks. The L size is easy to wear, but it feels a bit larger in length, and since I usually don't wear thick socks, I preferred the fit of the M size. I plan to wear them with stockings until I get used to them. I think the size I usually wear is fine, but if I mainly wear thick socks, it might be a good idea to go up one size.
