Founded in 1887 (Meiji 20), Deepki Woolen Co., Ltd. has about 90 years of reliable experience in handling cashmere, and we use yarn made from Uruguayan Merino "U-brid" as the raw material.
■The fibers are as fine as 15.5 microns, comparable to cashmere, and are said to be "not prickly even when worn against the skin despite being wool." Among the various breeds of merino wool, it is rich in bulkiness and elasticity. This is a rare hybrid wool that combines the soft texture comparable to cashmere with the bulkiness and elasticity characteristic of merino wool.
