This is a new and unused item, but since it is a pair of shoes that were sold in stores, there are slight scratches and unevenness on the leather sole. It is a "damaged item". Additionally, the box for the pair may have minor scratches, dents, color unevenness, and color fading. Although it is a limited stock item, it will be sold at a lower price.

Currently, this is a brand handled by Ramis Japan, which inherits the DNA of Melmin Japan.

[The sole does not peel off even after long-term wear]
The leather sole collection of AMBUR Tajtan features a Goodyear welted construction around the entire sole.
"360-degree Full Makkei Method".
The heel is made using a meticulous bottoming technique, similar to the Goodyear method, where the sole is stitched all around with a McKay stitch, and the heel is then attached to the sole. Additionally, the welt (edge) undergoes a hand-crafted 【nail-out processing】, and the area around the heel is also hand-trimmed.

Beautiful form and shape
Just like the three-dimensional cutting technology and manufacturing used in high-end custom suits [Prêt-à-Porter], we have achieved mass production through our [unique 3D upper molding technology] that bonds each cut part on a wooden mold.
At the upper sewing (lasting) stage, by using glue to the absolute minimum and also reducing the use of dubra (reinforcement material) to the bare minimum, we alleviate the burden and stress on the leather, maximizing the inherent texture and functionality of natural leather.

Selected natural leather (raw hide) and carefully chosen secondary materials
The upper is made of cowhide grain leather (silver-tipped leather).
We are particular about the raw leather. We do not use cowhide raw leather of unknown origin.
★During the final finishing of the upper, we do not apply any spray (lacquer) finishes to conceal imperfections in order to maintain the natural characteristics of genuine leather, such as texture and breathability. Therefore, there may be small leather scratches or veins. We appreciate your understanding.
★Due to the characteristics of silver-tipped natural cowhide, the fiber layers of the leather are hard at the beginning of wear because they are intricately intertwined, but as you wear them, the fiber layers loosen due to walking movements and temperature changes, eventually conforming to your feet.

☆The lining material is also made entirely of cowhide, which provides a gentle feel on the feet inside the shoes and alleviates moisture.
We are pursuing to maximize the functionality and characteristics that natural leather inherently possesses, which is characterized by 【leather breathes】.
The counter uses Italy's BACO company's leather board molded counter, which does not lose its shape even after long periods of wear and has an excellent hold on the heel.
The sole is made of natural cow leather. The welt and heel use recycled cow leather, which is made by collecting and compacting the fine particles of leather that occur during the production and processing of leather soles. Its functionality and efficacy are almost the same as regular leather, and it is an environmentally friendly material.
The space between the upper's backside and the sole and midsole (interior) is generously filled with Portuguese 'granulated cork'. Just like shoes made with the Goodyear method, the more you wear them, the cork "sinks in" to conform to the shape of the wearer's foot (footbed), eventually transforming into an insole (midsole) that follows the shape of the wearer's foot.
In addition, we use high-quality, durable waxed laces made in Spain for our carefully selected shoelaces.

The entire shoe is treated with an antique finish using custom ink from KENDA in Italy, and additionally, the toe and heel areas are meticulously polished by hand, taking time and effort to achieve a glossy finish.

Wooden mold - LAST
The wooden mold used is 【DEUS】 Italian style.
Developed in 2019, the bold-shaped last "Deus" features an Italian classic square toe with a deep curve, and while the toe is a slim square toe, it was developed in a width of 【EE width】 to accommodate Japanese foot widths.
It is also a last developed to more vividly express the 【three-dimensional cutting・3D pattern】 for achieving a beautiful shape. We are pursuing the complete expression of the curves and shapes of this last.
