・"COFIL" is a ceramic filter with countless tiny holes measuring 50 microns, about the same size as human hair.
By allowing the "oils," which are the flavor components of coffee beans, to pass through well, the rich taste and body of the coffee are brought out.

※ The filter can be used for a long time with proper care. Normally, after use, please rinse it with tap water as soon as possible. Additionally, before each use, rinsing it with water or hot water will make it smoother and easier to use. Please avoid washing it with detergents or similar products.
*If used for a long time, the flow may become poor. The cause is due to the oil from the coffee beans adhering. In that case, fill a pot with water to the level where the filter sinks, bring it to a boil, and boil for about 10 minutes to clean it, which will improve the flow. It is recommended to boil it regularly.
*Furthermore, as a method to improve drainage, dissolving baking soda in water and boiling it for about 10 minutes in the same way will enhance drainage compared to just boiling.
※The amount of baking soda is 1 to 3 tablespoons per 1 liter of water. Please adjust according to the level of dirt.
*When you add baking soda to hot water, it will foam up rapidly, and boiling water will spout out, which is very dangerous. Please be sure to dissolve it in water before heating.
*Using baking soda on aluminum pots will cause them to darken. If you use baking soda, please use stainless steel pots or similar.
