Comment: The M size fits perfectly. My feet are wider and have a higher instep, so the instep area is especially snug. I think it might feel a bit tight if my feet swell, but the L size causes my foot to slide forward and my toes to stick out, so the snug M size was easier to walk in. If it feels cramped, I plan to loosen the strap. The material is surprisingly soft, so I think it will become more comfortable over time.
